The Rental Process
Exclusive to Always Invited Event Rentals is our online quote submission.
We recommend to reserve enough items for your total guestlist plus the wedding party. If your initial guest count is 100 but a week before the wedding, it reduces down to 95, it’s usually not a problem to take away 5 items. Check your rental company’s policy on making order revisions. At Always Invited Event Rentals we allow 72 hours before event date for 5% reductions.
Also exclusive to Always Invited Event Rentals we are the ONLY service that provides 4 day rentals for one low rate.
Day 1 ~ for pick up or delivery
Day 2 ~ for Event
Day 3 ~ to breathe and enjoy your guests
Day 4 ~ for returns
An important thing to note is that event rental companies do not normally set up your items, this is your responsibility. However, for a fee Always Invited can provide this service for you. We will deliver all the items to your venue and at the end of the event, pick everything up. Cleaning items after event, Don’t worry, at Always Invited Event Rentals we have an onsite sterilizing process and we do the ALL the cleaning! It’s as simple as that!
