Delivery
Our goal is to deliver satisfaction to our valued clients. Our delivery personnel are experts in handling the heavy lifting, and tent set up. If you decide to use our Set Up crew, they are a detailed oriented professional team.
Our Delivery fee includes Pick Up and our service is available for ALL orders regardless of size for ONE reasonable charge depending on the delivery area. Starting as low as $25.00 each way.
Your items will be located at one of our loading areas for easy access.
We will make every effort to assist you with loading and unloading, however during peak season our staff may be engaged in loading and unloading for deliveries.
Customers who choose to do their own pick-up and delivery are responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation of your rental items.
DELIVERY
We deliver your rentals items to you the day before your event, allowing you time to set up. However if this does not fit your timeline, Always Invited will strive to fulfill any of your delivery requirements.
Rates quoted for delivery orders are based on ground floor delivery from our door to your door. Please advise us if there are any stairs or obstacles that would make delivery difficult for our wheeled carts.
While consideration will be given to customer requests, we can provide a “ballpark” time but cannot guarantee exactly when your delivery will arrive. Customers may call on the day of the delivery for the most up-to-date scheduling information.
All of our China, Silver and Glassware etc. are transported in special containers to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, sparkling and 'table ready'. Our delivery personal are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place upon delivery.
SET UP
The Set Up of our items is not included in the delivery fee. However, you can request this service at time of placing the order and we will gladly accommodate you.
PREPARATION FOR PICK UP
Tables and Chairs must be taken down and stacked and be ready for pick up.
No need to clean the dishes, thats the beauty of renting.
Please place Plates, Cutlery, Glasses, all items to their original crates.
Linen free of food debris is dry and placed in laundry bag provided. Do Not place linen in plastic bags.
TENTS
Tents are always delivered and set up by our expert crew. There are no additional charges.
CUSTOMER PICK UP and RETURNS
DANCE FLOOR
The set up of the Dance Floor and/or sub floor is not included in delivery. However, for a fee we can set the Floor up. The Dance Floor MUST be used on a flat surface. For outdoor use a subfloor is provided free of any additional charges.
