We understand our customers lead busy lives and not everyone can make it to our showroom. That’s okay, you will still get the same expert advice and practical suggestions whether in store or over the phone. You can also view our prices and items and make your selections online at your leisure.
Some needs are simple and do not require a consultation. If you just need a few chairs for a graduation party or tables for an event at home, just give us a call at 250.338.1758.
For the rest of you, you’ll likely want to come in. Our knowledgeable and professional staff will work hard to ease some of the stress that comes with planning an event. Our services are so varied and your event is so unique, it is usually best if we can meet to fully understand your vision.
We keep a sample of our rental items on display or can be picked from our warehouse for viewing. With the best linen selection for colors and fabrics on Vancouver Island we are sure to have yours.
It really does make the decision easier when our options are before you. Sometimes seeing the colors first hand and in combination with other choices such as linen, ties, plates and cutlery or sitting in a couple of chairs really does make a difference to the choices you make.
You will never be hit with a pushy sales pitch when you contact us. Our staff can give you information regarding price and availability of our rental items. If you are not ready to book at that time, but would like an idea of the total cost our staff can create a quote for you based on products you have selected. You can also place an order with us if you wish.
Feel free to bring in inspiration photos or planning books, if you have them.
If available bring in fabric swatches from dresses or other colored items you’d like to use.
Feel free to bring anyone you’d like with you – sometimes a second opinion helps.
